| 吸力桶基础具有施工速度快、承载能力大且易回收利用等优点,广泛应用于40~60 m水深海上风电场。为保证吸力桶顶盖与海床接触紧密,安装完成后需考虑对顶盖与海床之间的空隙进行灌浆。由于灌浆会带来额外的施工时间与成本,业界对灌浆提高吸力桶承载力效果尚未达成共识。通过设计不同静动荷载组合下的吸力桶基础竖向受荷模型试验,研究了3种灌浆效果对循环荷载作用下吸力桶竖向承载特性的影响规律。结果表明,经循环荷载作用,灌浆良好吸力桶因灌浆段协助桶内土体受力而沉降有限,灌浆存在缺陷的吸力桶因应力集中而沉降相对更大,无灌浆吸力桶因依赖侧摩阻力而表现为持续沉降。在静力加载条件下,灌浆良好吸力桶竖向承载力为237.30 N,无灌浆吸力桶仅为127.69 N,灌浆缺陷的吸力桶约为173.02 N,因此有效的灌浆可以显著增强吸力桶的刚度和承载力,改善其在静力、循环载荷及不同循环加载序列下的基础沉降。 |

| The suction bucket foundation offers notable advantages, including rapid construction, high bearing capacity, and ease of reuse, making it widely applied in offshore wind farms at water depths of 40 to 60 meters. To ensure close contact between the bucket lid and the seabed, grouting of the gap after installation is often required. However, because grouting entails additional time and cost, its effectiveness in improving bearing capacity remains debated. This study examines the impact of three grouting conditions on the vertical bearing performance of suction bucket foundations under cyclic loading through model tests combining static and dynamic loads. The results show that, under cyclic loading, well-grouted buckets exhibit limited settlement due to the grouted supports the soil inside the bucket, while poorly grouted buckets undergo greater settlement from stress concentration. Buckets without grouting depend mainly on side friction, leading to continuous settlement. Under static loading, the vertical bearing capacity reached 237.30 N for well-grouted buckets, compared with 173.02 N for poorly grouted and 127.69 N for ungrouted buckets. Overall, effective grouting significantly enhances the stiffness and bearing capacity of suction buckets and improves settlement behavior under static loading, cyclic loads, and varying cyclic sequences. |
