| 核电厂拦污网是冷源重要物项,起到拦截海生物、保障取水安全的重要作用,其水动力大小是拦污网安装固定结构设计和安全运行的重要参数。文章首先基于柔性网片及网绳受力变形理论分析,通过网绳节点受力平衡提出了拦污网受力计算模型,该模型可计算柔性平面网在水流及波流作用后静力平衡条件下的空间形态、网绳受力。然后通过开展网绳和拦污网在水流或波流作用下物理模型试验,测量了网绳和拦污网在水流作用下受力,分析了阻力系数,并与拦污网受力计算值进行比较,两者差别在5%以内。拦污网堵塞后对受力影响极大,通过开展水槽试验研究了堵塞率及海生物堵塞质量对网片受力的影响,结果显示堵塞率增大后网片受力增长逐渐加快,而网片受力与单位面积海生物质量增加基本成线性关系,且与海生物种类有关。最后,利用该柔性平面网受力计算模型,计算了三边固定、一边漂浮和四边固定两种核电厂平面拦污网结构受力,通过对拦污网空间结构及各部分受力进行比较发现,四边固定的平面拦污网结构受力均匀,受力最大值相对较小。文中提出的柔性平面拦污网变形及受力计算模型可用于拦污网设计优化及受力计算。 |

| The trash rack of nuclear power plants is a critical component of the cold source system, functioning to intercept marine organisms and ensure the safety of water intake. Its hydrodynamic forces are key parameters for the design of installation and fixing structures as well as the safe operation of the trash rack.First, based on the theoretical analysis of the mechanical deformation of flexible meshes and ropes, this paper proposes a force calculation model for trash racks through the force balance of rope nodes. This model can calculate the spatial configuration and rope forces of flexible planar nets under static equilibrium conditions after the action of water flow and wave-current interaction.Subsequently, physical model tests of ropes and trash racks under water flow or wave-current conditions were conducted to measure the forces acting on them, analyze the drag coefficient, and compare it with the calculated values from the proposed model. The difference between the two is within 5%. Clogging of the trash rack has a significant impact on its mechanical forces. Through flume tests, this paper studies the effects of clogging rate and the weight of marine organism clogging on the mesh force. The results show that the mesh force increases progressively faster with the increase of clogging rate, while the mesh force has a roughly linear relationship with the increase of marine organism weight per unit area, which is also related to the type of marine organisms.Finally, using the proposed force calculation model for flexible planar nets, the forces on two types of planar trash rack structures in nuclear power plants (three sides fixed with one side floating, and four sides fixed) were calculated. By comparing the spatial structure and the forces on each part of the trash racks, it was found that the four-side fixed planar trash rack has uniform force distribution and a relatively smaller maximum force.The study shows that the deformation and force calculation model for flexible planar trash racks proposed can be applied to the design optimization and force calculation of trash racks. |
