| 超大型浮式平台由多个海上浮体模块铰接而成,连接器作为关键连接部件承受着较为复杂的服役载荷,因此,需要对连接器的结构响应特性进行分析和评估。以超大型浮式平台铰接式连接器为研究对象,开展了不同工况下的有限元仿真计算,确定了连接器系统危险工况和危险区域。在此基础上,设计了平台铰接式连接器1∶2.5缩尺比大尺度模型试验方案,建立了复杂多向载荷作用下铰接式连接器结构响应特性试验评估方法。试验结果表明,连接器试验模型在垂向载荷、纵向扭矩以及垂向载荷和纵向扭矩组合作用下的结构响应与仿真计算结果吻合良好,应力水平预报误差小于9%,验证了连接器结构响应评估方法的有效性,可以为铰接式连接器在超大型浮式平台的应用提供理论计算参考和试验技术支撑。 |

| The supersized floating platform is composed of multiple offshore modules connected by hinge joints, with the articulated connector serving as a key component bearing complex service loads. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the structural response characteristics of the connector. Taking the articulated connector of a supersized floating platform as the research object, finite element simulations under different working conditions were conducted, and the hazardous conditions and critical areas of the connector system were identified. On this basis, a large-scale model test with a scale ratio of 1∶2.5 was designed, and an experimental evaluation method for the structural response characteristics of articulated connectors under complex multi-directional loads was developed. Test results show that the structural response of the connector model agrees well with simulation results under vertical load, longitudinal torque, and their combined effects. The predicted stress error is less than 9%, confirming the effectiveness of the evaluation method, which can provide theoretical reference and experimental support for the application of articulated connectors in supersized floating platforms. |
