剖面剪流的计算是船体结构强度评估中校核剖面剪切强度的重要内容,计算剪流的传统方法主要有路径积分方法和图论方法。然而,无论哪种方法,要准确分析纵骨对剖面剪流计算的影响,都需要较为完整的纵骨剖面形状信息。这使得部分骨材单元类型,如有限元中的“bar”以及“rod”等单元类型,对于传统方法并不适用。因此,提出了一种简化的计算纵骨对剪流影响的方法,并将其整合到剖面剪流的图论计算流程中。结果表明,与传统的计算方法相比,新方法能准确计算考虑纵骨影响的剖面剪流,并能极大简化计算过程。 |

The calculation of section shear flow is an essential part of verifying sectional shear strength during the assessment of hull structural strength. Conventional methods for shear flow computation primarily include the path integration method and graph theory method. However, no matter what methods, accounting for the influence of longitudinal stiffeners requires complete cross-section geometric information for the longitudinal stiffener. This requirement renders conventional methods inapplicable to certain structural element types—such as bar and rod elements—in finite element modeling. As a result, this paper proposes a simplified method for calculating the influence of longitudinal stiffeners on shear flow, which is incorporated into the graph theory shear flow calculation framework. Results show that, compared with traditional methods, the new method could accurately calculate section shear flow with the influences of longitudinal stiffeners while significantly simplifying the computational process. |
