舾装船舶由于其吃水浅、受风面积大,在系靠泊过程中遭遇台风时极易出现缆绳断裂情况。针对15 000 TEU舾装集装箱船开展物理模型试验,测量超大型舾装船舶在台风条件下,不同风、浪、流组合工况中的船舶运动量、缆绳系缆力和护舷撞击力。结果表明:对于系泊系统的动力因素,波浪的影响程度大于风和水流,其中,周期较波高影响更显著,在实际系泊中应予以更多关注;采用加强系缆能够显著降低运动量和系缆力,使各位置系缆力分配更均匀,从而降低断缆风险;对于舾装船舶,横荡和纵荡主要受低频波浪激励,其余自由度运动响应主要受入射波的峰值周期影响。此外,以系缆力为控制标准,对舾装船舶的抗台允许系靠泊条件进行了评估,试验结果可为确保舾装船舶系靠泊安全提供依据。 |

Due to their shallow draft and large windward area, outfitting ships are highly susceptible to cable breakage when encountering typhoons during the mooring process. Physical model tests were conducted on a 15,000 TEU outfitting container ship to measure the ship motion, mooring force, and fender force of ultra-large outfitting ships under typhoon conditions and various combinations of wind, waves, and current. The results show that, among the dynamic factors of the mooring system, the influence of waves is greater than that of wind and current. Among these, the wave period has a more significant impact than wave height and should be given greater attention in actual mooring operations. The use of reinforced mooring arrangements can significantly reduce motion and mooring forces, achieve a more uniform distribution of mooring loads, and lower the risk of cable breakage. For outfitting ships, sway and surge motions are primarily excited by low-frequency waves, while responses in other degrees of freedom are mainly influenced by the peak period of incident waves. Furthermore, using mooring force as a control criterion, the permissible anti-typhoon mooring conditions for outfitting ships were evaluated. The test results provide a reference for ensuring the mooring safety of outfitting ships. |
