为了提高深海多金属结核资源评估的准确率,采用多金属结核数量、覆盖率及粒径作为多金属结核资源评估的参数,提出了一种基于图像增强和识别技术的多金属结核资源丰度评估方法。首先,针对深海多金属结核图像存在的对比度低、偏蓝绿等问题,基于光在水体中的衰减率不同的特征,估计场景深度,对结核图像进行有效还原;其次,制作相关多金属结核图像数据集,采用YOLO12目标检测模型统计多金属结核分布信息;再其次,针对由于被海底泥沙遮挡导致结核矿物覆盖率计算结果偏低的现象,通过二值化形态学膨胀的方法,提高多金属结核覆盖率计算结果;最后,通过将多金属结核拟合为规则圆,根据多金属结核暴露在海底表面的高度,给出被掩埋结核的实际粒径定量表达式,进一步提高矿物资源的评估准确率。研究可为采矿作业控制和行进路线提供判断依据,提高采矿效率。 |

To improve the accuracy of resource assessment for deep-sea polymetallic nodules, the number, coverage rate, and particle size of polymetallic nodules are adopted as parameters for evaluation, and a method for assessing the abundance of polymetallic nodules based on image enhancement and recognition technologies is proposed. Firstly, considering issues such as low contrast and a bluish-green tint in deep-sea polymetallic nodule images, the scene depth is estimated based on the different attenuation rates of light in water bodies, and the nodule images are effectively restored. Secondly, a relevant dataset of polymetallic nodule images is created, and the YOLO12 object detection model is employed to statistically analyze the distribution of polymetallic nodules. To address the underestimation of nodule mineral coverage caused by seabed sediment obstruction, the coverage rate calculation is improved through a binary morphological dilation method. Then, by fitting polymetallic nodules as regular circles and using the height of the nodules exposed on the seabed surface, a quantitative expression for the actual particle size of buried nodules is proposed. This further enhances the accuracy of mineral resource assessment and provides a basis for mining operation control and route planning, thereby improving mining efficiency. |
