近年来,深海多金属结核采矿研究活动大幅增加,但深海采矿对环境影响程度仍有待确定,尤其是采矿车尾部沉积物羽流的排出对海底环境的影响程度。为了模拟商业采矿过程中羽流排放阶段的演变和扩散过程,基于欧拉-欧拉颗粒流模型,通过改变深海采矿车尾流板角度设计5种不同羽流排放数值模型,分析了尾流板和沉积物羽流在采矿距离一定时的动态相互作用,确定了不同羽流排放速度和采矿车速度以及不同排放质量流量下尾流板对沉积物羽流的影响。研究得出:当尾流板与羽流排放方向夹角为60°时对沉积物羽流排放阶段的扩散有明显抑制作用,有助于在实地采矿时减小羽流扩散范围;羽流排放速度与采矿车行进速度比率0.5<Vp/Vm![]() <1.0时,尾流板对沉积物羽流的截留效果最好。对深海采矿沉积物羽流扩散抑制作用的研究可为减小深海采矿作业造成的环境影响提供一定参考。 |

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in deep-sea polymetallic nodule mining research activities, but the extent of the environmental impact of deep-sea mining is still to be determined, especially the impact of sediment plumes at the tail of mining vehicles on the seabed environment. In order to simulate the evolution and diffusion process of the plume emission stage in commercial mining, and based on the Euler-Euler particle flow model, five numerical models of different plume emissions were designed by changing the angle of the wake plate of deep-sea mining vehicles. The dynamic interaction between the wake plate and the sediment plume at a given mining distance was analyzed, and the effects of the wake plate on the sediment plume under different plume emission velocities, mining vehicle speeds, and emission mass flow rates were determined. The results show that when the angle between the wake plate and the plume discharge direction is 60°, it has a significant inhibitory effect on the diffusion of the sediment plume during the discharge stage. This is helpful in reducing the diffusion range of the plume during field mining. Moreover, it indicates that the wake plate achieves the best interception effect on the sediment plume when the ratio of plume discharge velocity to mining vehicle travel speed is 0.5<Vp/Vm![]() <1.0. The study of the inhibition effect on sediment plume diffusion in deep-sea mining can provide a useful reference for reducing the environmental impact of deep-sea mining operations. |
