随着海洋油气工程不断向更深海域发展,海洋立管的安装面临着越来越大的挑战。基于实际工程项目案例和OrcaFlex软件,结合缓波型立管移管安装主要步骤建立了深水钢质缓波型立管移管安装全过程力学评估模型,开展了深水缓波型立管移管安装全过程数值模拟分析和关键参数影响评价,研究了缓波型立管移管安装过程各阶段力学性能变化规律,并针对安装船与浮式平台水平距离以及立管顶端下放深度进行参数敏感性分析。研究发现,安装船与平台水平距离以及立管顶端下放深度对收放(A&R)缆绳和平台吊缆张力影响较小,而对转移阶段缆绳悬垂角和立管弯矩有着较大影响。该研究可以为海上油气开采管道铺设工程提供一定参考。 |

With the continuous advancement of offshore oil and gas engineering into deeper waters, the installation of marine risers faces increasingly significant challenges. Based on real engineering project cases and the OrcaFlex software, this study establishes a mechanical evaluation model for the entire process of deepwater steel lazy-wave riser transfer installation, incorporating the primary steps of the installation procedure. Numerical simulation analysis and evaluation of key parameter impact were conducted, exploring the mechanical performance changes across various stages of the installation process. Sensitivity analysis was performed on the horizontal distance between the installation vessel and the floating platform, as well as the riser top deployment depth. The study reveals that the horizontal distance and riser top deployment depth have minimal effects on the tension of the abandonment and recovery (A&R) cable and platform hoisting cable but significantly influence the catenary angle of the cable and the riser bending moment during the transfer stage. The findings provide references for offshore oil and gas pipeline installation projects. |
